Wine and Gastronomic tour in Spain

 

Day 1

Seville
Arrival at the airport and transfer to hotel.

 

Day 2

Seville 
Have a walking tapas tour in the city centre of Seville. While discovering the main sites of interest of this superb city, you will stop in two bars to taste some tapas with wine. In the afternoon three-hour private cooking-class in a local restaurant to discover the secrets of Andalusian recipes. 

 

Day 3

Seville – Baena (184km/2h30min)- Montilla (38km/45min) -Cordoba (46km/1h)- Seville (144km/2h)
Have a private transfer to Baena, where you will visit the Olive oil museum of one of the most important olive oil producing regions in Spain. Most of the mill machinery dates from the middle of the 19th century. En route to Cordoba, you will stop at Montilla to discover the process of elaboration of Pedro Ximenez, by visiting a wine cellar and having a wine-tasting. Then you will stop in a cellar in Cordoba where you’ll have lunch with regional wines. In the afternoon, guided visit to Cordoba and its medieval quarter: the Mosque, Jewish Quarter and the Synagogue. Return to Seville. 

 

Day 4

Seville 
The morning is free for you to explore the city at your own. In the afternoon have a cooking class. You will then taste the dishes you have prepared for dinner. Overnight.

 

Day 5

Seville – Jorez (93m/1h30min) – Seville 
Transfer to Jerez where you will have the opportunity to visit a Sherry winery with wine-tasting. The tour of the winery includes a visit to the Wine cellars of San Patricio, Don Guillermo, the Brandy Cellar, the Label Museum and the Sacristy. Then visit to the Royal Andalusian School of Equestrian Art where you attend a show called  "How the Andalusian Horses". Return to Seville.

 

Day 6

Sevilla 
Transfer to the airport.
