The tour starts by going to the Lion of Lucerne, a sculpture in Lucerne, "the most mournful and moving piece of stone in the world." Enjoy a walk in the Old Town, a cluster of medieval houses, with Mühlenplatz, Weinmarkt, Hirschenplatz and Kornmarkt forming an ensemble of cobbled, fountained squares ringed by colourful facades. Get to the famous Chapel Bridge, said to be the oldest wooden bridge in Europe. Continue to the Jesuit church, the first large baroque church built in Switzerland north of the Alps. Explore the famous Swiss watch shops.ץ
