Day 1

Arrival at the airport. Transfer to the hotel.

 

Day 2

LONDON
Admire Buckingham Palace, the official London residence of the Queen. Enjoy a magnificent view of the city from the London Eye, one of the world largest observation wheels situated on the South Bank of the Thames. Continue to Piccadilly Circus one of the most photographed sights in London.  Go to Trafalgar Square and then to the famous Big Ben. Be impressed by Tower of London, the original royal fortress on the Thames. Visit Madame Tussauds Museum and enjoy the waxworks of historical and royal figures, film stars, sports stars and famous murderers.

 

Day 3

LONDON-STONEHENGE(130km./1h.30min.) - SALISBURY-PLYMOUTH (210km./2h.30min.)
The tour starts by going to Stonehenge, a prehistoric, mysterious circle of upright stones. Continue on to Salisbury and visit the Cathedral, especially beautiful with fine lawns surrounded by elegant and historic buildings. Enjoy the magnificent view from the top. Visit Widecombe-in-the-Moor in Dartmoor National Park. Though best known for its song it's worth seeing for its large church. Departure to Plymouth, located between the mouths of the rivers Tamar and Plym in what is widely regarded as one of the world's most impressive natural harbours.

 

Day 4

PLYMOUTH – ST MICHAEL’S MOUNT (130km./1H.30min.)- LAND’S END – ST. IVES – PLYMOUTH (130km./1h.30min.)
Enjoy a walk in the Barbican, the oldest part of Plymouth. Explore the historic heart of Plymouth with lots of specialty shops, craft workshops and art galleries. Some parts of Sense and Sensibility were filmed here. Travel through Cornwall. Enjoy the warm climate, long coastline, amazing scenery, and diverse Celtic heritage. Explore the amazing island world of St Michael's Mount and discover legend, myth and over a thousand years of incredible history. Get to Land's End and continue to the picturesque resort of St. Ives. Return to Plymouth.

 

Day 5

PLYMOUTH – GLASTONBURY(160km./2h.) – BATH(50km./1h.) – CARDIFF (90km./1h.) - NEWPORT, WALES
Departure to Glastonbury. Visit the Glastonbury Abbey, one of the legendary burial places of King Arthur. Continue to Bath and its Roman Baths. Wander the rooms that made up the baths, including the large open air 'Great Bath'. See Roman, medieval, and Georgian architecture, and learn about the history of Bath Spa. Travel to Cardiff. Explore the Cardiff Castle, the Norman fort in the centre, the Welsh regimental museum and excavated Roman ruins.

 

Day 6

NEWPORT – CHESTER(220km./3h.) – LIVERPOOL
Travelling through Wales, the tour goes to the pretty and prehistoric city of Chester. Explore the Roman Walls and Gardens. Continue to the Amphitheatre, believed to have been the site of the largest wooden structure amphitheatre. Departure to Liverpool.

 

Day 7

LIVERPOOL - LAKE DISTRICT – GRASMERE (150km./2h.) – ALNWICK (210km./2h.30min.)
The tour is focused on The Beatles Story ,the only museum in the world that is entirely Beatles-themed. Explore the exhibitions such as their instruments and other artifacts. Continue to the picturesque Lake District, the country's largest national park.  Stop in Grasmere, the home of poet William Wordsworth. Arrival in Alnwick. 

 

DAY 8

ALNWICK –YORK(200km./2h.)
Visit the Alnwick Castle, the impressive home of the Duke and Duchess of Northumberland. Experience the "poison garden”. Seeing the castle might be a thrill for the fans of Rowan Atkinson's "Black Adder" or the Harry Potter films. Explore Alnwick Garden with its beautiful fountains and waterfalls. Continue to Hadrian's Wall, Arrival in York England's most complete medieval city. Admire the gorgeous York Minster Cathedral. Enjoy a walking tour through the Shambles which are a maze of quaint narrow streets, 

 

Day 9

YORK – STRATFORD–UPON–AVON(240km./2h.30min.) – LONDON(170km./2h.)
Travelling through Robin Hood's Sherwood Forest, the tour goes to Stratford-upon Avon. Enjoy the home town of the great English playwright and poet, William Shakespeare. See Ann Hathaway's Cottage. Departure to London.

 

DAY 10

Transfer to the airport.
